vegetarianism

Most people think being a vegetarian is about not eating meat. Ha! They are such simpletons! For me, it's a lot more than that. I don't eat a lot, and it's because I don't ever want to be fat and I know what makes fat happen, so I took vegetarianism to the next strict step: vegan. This means no:
milk
eggs
cheese
any dairy
pork
chicken
fish (ewww anyway)
seafood (double ewww)
bugs
well, you may guess- nothing living, and don't get funny and say "oh well plants are living" because that's geting too far mental. I all ready went that far anyway and it took a bit to get back on track.
I also do not eat:
breads
rice
beans
fruit
nuts
or anything with carbohydrates. it's all fat fat fat, and I hate fat more than anything. What do I eat?
TVP (Texturized Vegetable Protein)
Genisoy Protien Powder.
That's it, pure protein. Protein is the safest thing to eat that will not get you fat. I don't care how boring it sounds, but anything is better than starving or fatness, and starving does cause fatness, so that's out.
TVP is dry chunks sold at aylward's and I run some water on them and put them in the microwave for 10 m,inutes then onto a tray and into the oven for a few minutes for crispness.
genisoy powder; oh there's a lot that can be done with it, you can make it into a shake or put it in the microwave and at different times you get different textures and stuff.
as far as vegetables are concerned i do eat them only in the morning and the only reason i eat them is because it is necessary to have 4 to 6 servings a day, so in the morning right before the gym i eat them so i can burn them off at the gym.

people have no idea what they are putting in their bodies

i would never condone someone for the way they eat. this is what i found effective for myself. no one has the right answer, just what they have explored.
